McKendree Online Programs Ranked Among the Best by U.S. News

Lebanon, Ill. (01/22/2025) — U.S. News has recognized five McKendree University online degree programs, ranking them among the nation's finest in U.S. News' annual list of "Best Online Program" for 2025.

McKendree achieved high marks in several programs. The university was listed among the top 24 percent of private institutions for their online bachelor's in business programs. Additionally, the popular online master's in nursing programs at McKendree ranked in the top 30 percent of private universities.

McKendree's overall online bachelor's degrees also received high rankings, landing within the top 27 percent of private universities throughout the United States. According to U.S. News, these institutions have the best online baccalaureate-level programs, most of which are degree-completion oriented. Highly-ranked programs have strong traditional academic foundations based on student-instructor access, graduation rates and instructor credentials. They also excel at educating distance learners while offering robust career and financial support.

Other rankings for McKendree included best online master's in education programs and best online MBA programs.
