McKendree Debater Brad Thomas Competes in Tournament

Brad Thomas, a senior political science major from Kansas City, represented McKendree University in the William Jewell College debate tournament in Liberty, Mo. on Sept. 20-22. The McKendree team advanced to semifinals, competing against students from 18 colleges and universities including the University of Missouri, Pepperdine and Texas Tech. Thomas finished among the top ten speakers in a field of 100 debaters.
