Jawaun Jackson Participates in State Lobby Day

Jawaun Jackson was among a group from McKendree University who participated in the Federation of Independent Illinois Colleges and Universities' student lobby day on Nov. 10 at the Illinois State Capitol in Springfield. Jawaun urged state legislators to protect funding for Monetary Award Program (MAP) grants, a need-based student aid program.
