Himani Patel Participates in Academic Excellence Celebration

Himani Patel will take part in McKendree University's fifth annual Academic Excellence Celebration, which showcases students' scholarly and creative projects and accomplishments on April 26 at the Lebanon, Illinois, campus. Himani will present her honors thesis, "Comparative Study of Alkaloids and Antioxidants in Tinospora cordifolia and Withania somnifera." Classes will not be held so that students, faculty, staff and guests may attend presentations of capstone projects and research posters, music and dance performances, and an art gallery exhibit. Honor society inductions also will be held. #McKAEC18
