Ciara Jones Participates in Academic Excellence Celebration

Ciara Jones will take part in McKendree University's Academic Excellence Celebration, a showcase of students' scholarly and creative work on April 28 at the Lebanon, Illinois campus. Ciara will co-present on "Resistance and Resilience: An Interactive Exhibit on African-American Literature and Culture." Classes will not be held so that students, faculty, staff and guests may attend presentations of capstone projects and research posters, musical performances and an art gallery exhibit. Honor society inductions also will be held.
