Chloe Thies Participates in Academic Excellence Celebration

Chloe Thies will take part in McKendree University's fifth annual Academic Excellence Celebration, which showcases students' scholarly and creative projects and accomplishments on April 26 at the Lebanon, Illinois, campus. Chloe will present her honors thesis, "Environmental Influence on Aggression in Zebrafish (Danio rerio)"; co-present "Are Epigenetic Marks Heritable?: Testing the Effect of Physical Activity on the Degree of Epigenetic Marks on DNA"; and perform with the Dance Ensemble. Classes will not be held so that students, faculty, staff and guests may attend presentations of capstone projects and research posters, music and dance performances, and an art gallery exhibit. Honor society inductions also will be held. #McKAEC18
