Alayna Gillespie Takes Part in Academic Excellence Celebration

Alayna Gillespie will take part in McKendree University's Academic Excellence Celebration, a showcase of students' scholarly and creative work on April 23 at the Lebanon, Illinois campus. Alayna will present her honors thesis on attitudes toward health care reform and discuss her experiences as a volunteer with the Center for Community Service. Classes will not be held so that students, faculty, staff and guests may attend presentations of capstone projects and research posters, musical performances and an art gallery exhibit. Several honor society inductions also will be held.
